Happy Birthday to me, happy birthday to me…
Come out to New Town Tavern this Tuesday April 20th 2010 and celebrate my birthday with
me (birthday was really Sunday). I will even make it worth your wild. Be at the 7 pm game and
play for $100.00 dollars “winner takes all” but you have to get my bounty first. Good luck with that.

As we enter into our third season with Star-n-Bars I want to thank you for your continued support. We have grown
in the Winchester region over the pass two years to about over 2500 registered poker players. All through word of mouth,
a bit of advertising, and great bars and taverns. I owe this all to each one of you who continue to come out and support the
great venues we offer in the Winchester Region. As I look for new and exciting ways to bring you great poker events, new bars and
and a new payout structure, I look forward to our continued growth and success as we move forward into the 2010/2011 season.

OK, here is all you need to know about the regionals. It will be March 21st 2010 (This Sunday). It will be held at Stonewall Jackson's Restaurant
915 N Royal Ave Front Royal, VA 22630 Phone (540) 635-1862. Registration will start at 10:30am and we start play at 11:30am. There are 130 players in this event and a prize pool of $1200.00 dollars. Come early to get your seating assignment. Check the "Prize Chip" on the website site to see if you qualify. if you are in green or you are over 700 in points, "YOU ARE IN". If you are late to the event, at the beginning of the third (3rd) blind raise, you will not be able to play. There will be 10.00 Side cash games (all day) until the final table has been decided. (this will be based on the number of player interested in playing. Let's show the great people at Stonewall Jackson's S-N-B Poker is here to stay. They are offering a $6.99 Pasta Bar and great food specials all day. Good luck and see you at the tables.

As I did last year I will be given out a minimal $100.00 total prize fund this Tuesday December 22, 2009 at New Town Tavern 356 Fairfax Pike Stephens City, VA 22655 Phone (540) 868-0111 Tuesdays 7 pm & 9:30 pm. Everyone will start with 5000 in chips (no bonus cards or Xchips). 7 pm game will payout $75.00 to the winner. 9:30 game with payout a minimal of $25.00 it's all up to you.

Here is the information on the regional. We will be playing at Copper Kettle at Bryce Resort, 1982 Fairway Drive Basye, VA 22810 Phone: 540-856-2121. Registration starts at 10:15am and we start play at 11am. Your seat will be pre-assigned by the computer prior to signing in. You may not change your seating assignments. You have until the third raised blind (20 minute blinds) for late registration. On the points page of the website, everyone in green and the top 20 players in white (based on points) qualify for this regional. We will be paying out top 5 places with 1st being $300.00 dollars. That's right. We will be playing Texas Hold'em at Copper Kettle at Bryce Resort Starting this Wednesday September 30th 2009 at 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm. I will be giving out $50.00 cash prize with extra chip to start at the 7:00 pm tournament. If you can make it, come out and enjoy the game you love in a new setting. I am please to annouce that Monday Night Poker is back in Winchester. We will flop em out at Cork Street Tavern Every Monday Night starting @ 7 pm. Get there buy 6:30 pm and earn extra chips to play.
